Baby Steps collects the name, email, and phone number you give when you buy a ticket, order merch, or send the contact form. We use those details to send your pass, run the door, and reply to you.

Card and mobile-money payments are handled by Flutterwave. Baby Steps does not store your card number. We do not sell your details.

Write to hello@babysteps.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted.

Refunds

A ticket can be refunded before it is scanned. Merch can be refunded before it is collected. A used pass stays used. The money goes back through Flutterwave.
