Refunds

• A ticket can be refunded any time before it is scanned at the door.
• A pass that has already been used cannot be refunded.
• Merch can be refunded if it has not been collected.
• If Baby Steps cancels the night, every paid ticket for that night is refunded in full.
• The money goes back through Flutterwave to the same payment method. A bank or mobile-money line may take a few business days to show it.
